To become a Mechanical Fitter, you will need to follow the Electricity Supply Mechanical Engineering Pathway made up of two National Certificates. Each has a specific training and assessment requirement. A trainee will normally take three years to complete the training pathway before becoming a qualified Mechanical Fitter.
