Part of our role is to ensure all ESITO registered trainees receive high quality training and are assessed fairly and consistently against national standards.  We do this by:

• developing assessment material and training resources 
• having a robust registration process for ESITO assessors
• moderating assessment material, training providers that deliver ESITO qualifications and assessments carried out by ESITO assessors
• following best practice for moderation
• providing professional development and support for ESITO moderators and assessors.
