The Suppliers' Expo is an integral part of the ESITO Line Mechanic Competition and ESITO Cable Jointer Competition which will run this year from 5-7 October at Mystery Creek Events Centre.

Staged outdoors around the two competition arenas, this expo offers companies who support the electricity supply industry's network and contracting sectors, the opportunity to interact with some of the best line mechanics and cable jointers.  Competitors are mostly from North Island based companies.  Area managers, supervisors and trade coaches from around the country also attend.

Exhibitors will be listed on ESITO's website, in the competitors' manuals and the programme.

Exhibitor set up 4 October, 12pm-4.30pm 5 October, 7.30am-9am Expo hours 5 October, 9am-4.30pm 6 October, 8am-4.45pm 7 October, 8am-1pm Exhibitor breakdown 7 October, 1pm-5pm

Site specifications and prices

• Site width refers to the front of the site.  Site depth is, within reason, not restricted.
• All sites have access to 10 amp single phase power but exhibitors must supply their own power leads to plug into the power box.
• The ground surface is grass.
• Exhibitors must organise their own marquees and other equipment needs.

Site allocation

Where possible, last year's exhibitors will be allocated the same sites.  Remaining sites will be allocated based on order of registration, site size required and collaborative intentions between groups of exhibitors.

How to book a site

To book a site at the 2010 Suppliers' Expo, download the booking form, fill it in and send it to ESITO by 27 August 2010.

Payment

Exhibitors will be invoiced at the end of August.  Full payment is required prior to set up on 4 October 2010.
