Contact Centre e-Guide

The Contact Centre modules and assessment resources help you to complete the National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (Level 3). 
 
The modules will not 'time out', or expire when you use them. You can log out and return to the modules at any time.
 
The modules are listed in an order that is recommended. Your Contact Centre and/or Assessor may talk with you about completing modules in a different order to what is recommended.
 
Complete each module before starting the assessment task. The modules supply you with information, activities and points to think about. They will help you to understand the assessment task.
 
At the end of each module you will need to complete:
  • A Knowledge Checkpoint 
  • The Assessment Task
  • A trainee survey.
Your e-Guide support person will provide you with instructions to navigate the modules and assessment tasks.
