JOHN McENTEER, MSocSc (Chairman)
John McEnteer is a business consultant based in Wellington. He was a founding member of the ESITO Advisory Group and one of the first ESITO Board members. He has been Chairman of ESITO since 1999.

FRANCES HAGUE, Dip Mgmt Sys, Graduate Dip HR Mgmt and Org Development
Frances is a director of consulting firm Capability Consulting which specialises in change management and organisational development. She has an extensive working knowledge of the infrastucture industry and the impact technological change has on people and skills. Frances is an appointed board member. 

GAVAN JACKSON, BE (Civil), C.Eng., MICE., FIPENZ, FNZIM
Gavan is the Managing Director of Electrix Limited. He has a strong commitment to enabling people in the industry to develop their careers and improve their skills. Gavan was elected to the Board as a representative of the contracting sector.

BOB SIMPSON, BE (Hons), ME (Elect), FIPENZ, CPEng, MIEE, CEng.
Bob is the Chief Engineer at Transpower. He is committed to ensuring that there are sufficient competent resources available to satisfy existing and future electricity industry needs. Bob was elected to the Board as a representative of the networks sector.

STEVE MUTTON, NZCE (Electrical)
Steve was elected to the Board as a representative of the networks sector and is passionate about ensuring ESITO's training programmes support high standards in the industry.

BOB WEIR,  BE Elect, MBA, MIEAust, MIPENZ
Bob is the General Manager Production (Generation and Trading) for Genesis Energy. He is a representative of the generation sector.

LINDA SISSONS, PHD, CNZM
Linda is the CEO of Wellington Institute of Technology. She represents the Government on the Board of Govenors of the Commonwealth of Learning, and is on the Board of WorldSkills NZ. She chairs both the Metropolitan Group and the tertiary committee of the Wellington Regional Labour Market Strategy group. Linda is an appointed Board member.

NANETTE RUSSELL, BSc
Nan is the Executive Director and owner of OHUG Power Equipment. She has been involved in the Electricity Industry for over 15 years. She is a member of the Institute of Directors and welcomes the opportunity to add value to the ESITO Board with her skills in Supply and Logistics, Senior Management and Governance. She is a representative of the utilisation/other sector.

  LYNLEY DUNN, MBA 
Lynley is the Training and Development Manager at Contact Energy. Lynley has been in the ESI for 25 years and has experienced firsthand the benefits of well structured and supported training and looks to ensure this is available to everyone within the industry. Lynley is a representative of the generation sector.
  JOHN GOODENOUGH
John is the Operations Manager at Connetics Ltd covering corporate and operational management. John has had 40 years in the utility industry and looks to ensure and to continuously improve safety, quality, productivity and customer service standards. John is a representative of the contracting sector.
  DON PRYDE
Don is an employee of Delta Utility Services based in Dunedin. He is National President of the EPMU and a former chairman and current member of the EWRB. Don is an appointed Board member.
